Millom Parkrun.
Every Saturday morning at 9am, MCT welcomes Parkrun.
Parkrun's are free, weekly community events all around the world including here in Millom. Saturday morning events are 5K and take place on the MCT. Parkrun is a positive, welcoming and inclusive experience where there is no time limit and no one finishes last.
Everyone is welcome to come along, whether you walk, jog, run, volunteer or spectate.
Parkrun Cafe.
Following Parkrun there is a cafe facility available in the Millom Hub. The cafe is manned by volunteers from Millom Community Track where proceeds go towards general upkeep and maintenance of the MCT
